Besides staffing the ambulance, our agency also maintains a group of dedicated individuals who are equipped with an AED, a medical bag, and a take-home radio to store in their personal vehicles. This initiative aims to provide additional equipment to members that may be closer to an emergency than the ambulance, thus minimizing the time it takes to begin treatment on critical calls.
